Delivery

We prepare and ship all orders from France.

Shipping zones

- France: tracked delivery with local carriers.  
- Europe (if enabled): tracked delivery with international partners.

Processing time

Orders are processed once the drop window closes. We then send everything into production and prepare your parcels as soon as the tees are ready.

- Production and packing: usually X–Y working days after the drop closes.  
- Once shipped, delivery times depend on your country and carrier.

Shipping costs

- France: flat rate of X,00 €.  
- Europe: flat rate from Y,00 €.  
- Free shipping on orders over Z,00 € (when available).

You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our hands, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If tracking looks stuck for more than a few days, contact us and we’ll help.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your tee.

Return window

You can return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure tags and packaging are included where possible.

What can be returned

- Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.  
- We can’t accept returns with visible wear, stains or strong odours.  
- Limited or collaboration pieces may have specific return conditions, which will be mentioned on the product page.

Return process

1. Email us at [your contact email] with your order number and reason for return.  
2. We’ll confirm the return address and any applicable return shipping cost.  
3. Send the parcel back with tracking and keep your proof of postage.  
4. Once we receive and check the items, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, excluding any original shipping fees (unless we made a mistake on the order). Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you want a different size, the fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order, if stock is still available.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos attached. We’ll review and either replace the product (if available) or refund you.
